We were using mixed bandwidth and were in regular dialogue with DE-CIX team to better understand the Interconnection Service and its benefits. After 3 years of deliberation, we started Peering Services at a 16 port and within a month, upgraded to a 3G port, which allowed us to significantly cost saving.We are impressed by the stability of their services, as well as the assistance provided by Mr. Vaibhav, the Techsupport team, and the billing team throughout our journey to this point.
