All DE-CIX India services are billed on a quarterly basis in advance.
As part of the provisioning process, DE-CIX India will provide all customers with demarcation details. In few datacenter's cases, Customer needs to order Cross-Connect Directly on the name of Mumbai-IX, DE-CIX Delhi, DE-CIX Chennai or DE-CIX Kolkata. All connections to DE-CIX India Exchanges require a single-mode private interconnect (a.k.a. cross-connect or in-house cabling). The Cross-connect charges of respective datacenter will be applicable. Please talk to your datacenter operator for details.
In case if you are not available in any DE-CIX India Enabled Datacenter, you can connect to us via NLD (National Long Distance)/P2P (Point to Point) Connectivity. In such scenarios follow the below-mentioned process to get connected to us.
